Shipping & Returns

At Tasi, we want you to love your swimwear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn or is missing hygiene liners.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at [support@tasiswim.com] to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on where to send your item.

  • Please ensure that items are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items:

  • Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is free for all domestic orders.

  • International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
