Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.

Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn or is missing hygiene liners.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on where to send your item.

Please ensure that items are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items:

Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free for all domestic orders.

International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
